Online Therapy for Clients in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida & NCR
Video-based psychotherapy with an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist, for people living across Delhi and the National Capital Region who want professional support without an in-person visit.
If you're based in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, or anywhere else in the NCR, you can consult Srijita Gupta entirely online. This is a remote-first practice — sessions for Delhi-NCR clients are conducted over secure video calls, not in person. Srijita's in-person consultation rooms are located in Bengaluru and Kolkata; for clients in Delhi and NCR, online is the only format offered.
Srijita Gupta is an RCI-certified licensed Clinical Psychologist (RCI Reg. No. A56917) with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry, Centre of Excellence (IPGME&R & SSKM Hospital), Kolkata, and an M.Sc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Calcutta, where she was a rank holder. She has over 10 years of experience working in government psychiatric hospital settings, including NIMHANS Bengaluru and the Institute of Psychiatry, SSKM Kolkata, and is an Accredited Professional Life Member of the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP).
How online sessions work
Sessions are conducted over video call at a scheduled time, from wherever is private and convenient for you — home, a quiet office, or elsewhere. You'll need a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, and a reasonably stable internet connection. A session link and any preparatory notes are shared in advance. Beyond the format, the clinical approach is the same one used in her in-person practice: an initial conversation to understand your concerns and history, followed by a plan that's revisited as work progresses.
What online therapy from Delhi-NCR can help with
Clients consult online for a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety spectrum difficulties, obsessive-compulsive patterns, trauma and post-traumatic stress, ADHD, personality-related difficulties, eating and sleep concerns, grief, relationship and family conflict, and stress or adjustment difficulties tied to work, transitions, or major life changes. Depending on what's relevant, sessions may draw on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), mindfulness-based methods, or cognitive rehabilitation techniques. There are no guarantees of a particular outcome — every course of therapy is different — but these are established approaches used broadly in clinical psychology practice.
